I offer a sliding fee scale so counselling can be available to more people.

$130.00 for 60 minute individual session
$170.00 for 60 minute couples session
Currently, Individual sessions are online or over the phone. Couples sessions are online only.
Fees must be paid by the end of the session with etransfer or credit card .
You will be emailed a receipt.
My fees are not covered by MSP however you may want to check with your employer’s extended health benefits to verify if they cover a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (RTC), as well as the extent of the coverage.
Life happens and cancelations happen.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before our scheduled appointment you will be charged half of our session fee to compensate my time.
Currently all of my sessions are held over the phone or online meetings. I use the secure telemedicine platform, doxy.me. Once you book an appointment you will be sent the link to my waiting room. Please be in the online waiting room at our scheduled appointment time and I will start the video session. If you have any questions about this method, please ask.
